•             Plan, establish, operate, check and advance its information security management system,

•             Specify the relevant roles and responsibilities required for the operation and continuity of the information security system management,

•             Set and evaluate the targets specific to and suitable for the information security management system in pre-determined periods,

•             Manage risks under the scope of the information security management system,

•             Conduct business-impact analysis to suit the needs of the information security management system and support MKE’s sustainable goals for a much better business continuity process,

•             Protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of the information to satisfy the requirements of the information security management system,

•             Delegate the resources boosting the employee competence, and plan training programs to cater for the demands for a more effective operating information security management system,

•             Realize regular reviews, continuously update and upgrade the processes and activities to better operate the information security management system,

•             Plan awareness-raising and guiding activities to ensure employee participation, compliance and business partners with our management system, as required by our holistic approach to a more functional information security management system,

•             Guarantee conformity to standards, legal regulations and contract terms as per the information security management system,

•             Implement the information security management system as an indispensable part of MKE’s corporate culture.
